Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Adventure Coin mobile app. Please read them before you use the app.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Adventure Coin app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated by Kevin Kulcsár, an individual developer, referred to here as "the operator".
2. The service
Adventure Coin is a location based game. You visit GPS coordinates in the real world and claim ADV, a utility token on the Base network. The app includes a non custodial peer to peer marketplace for trading ADV against USDC.
3. Provided as is
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of tokens, loss of access to a wallet, or loss caused by network conditions or third party services.
4. The ADV token
ADV is a utility token used inside the Adventure Coin game. ADV is not a security, not an investment product, not asset backed, and not redeemable for money or for any real world property. The total supply is fixed at 65,341 ADV, one token per claimable coordinate. Nothing in the app is financial advice. The value of ADV can change and can reach zero.
5. Your wallet and keys
The app creates a non custodial wallet on your device. You are solely responsible for your private key and recovery phrase. If you lose them, your tokens cannot be recovered by you or by the operator. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. The operator will never ask you for it.
6. The marketplace
The peer to peer marketplace lets users trade ADV against USDC directly with one another. The operator provides the interface only. The operator is not a party to any trade, does not hold user funds, and does not guarantee the conduct of any counterparty or any price. Trades settle on chain and are final.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not do any of the following:
- Spoof, simulate, or falsify your GPS location.
- Use emulators, bots, scripts, or any automation to claim coordinates.
- Operate more than one account, or claim coordinates on behalf of other accounts.
- Exploit bugs, or interfere with or attempt to bypass anti cheat systems.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or permanently ban an account that breaks these terms, in particular for cheating, automation, or fraud. A ban removes access to the app. Tokens already written to the public ledger are not affected by an app ban, because that ledger is outside the operator's control.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the app will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
10. General
If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. This is the severability clause. A failure by the operator to enforce a clause is not a waiver of that clause or of any other. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the app.
